So a user in Discord mentioned that NonInteractiveModePurchasedTab showed up in the menu based config.conf editor, but other noninteractive options (such as the basic NonInteractiveMode) do not. We should do a cleanup pass to ensure that all boolean config options are enabled in the menu based editor.

While we're at it, we should also ensure that all config options have proper documentation as well.
