I purchased a video in timeline, but the creator sent it to me via DM. How can I download this video since it doesn't appear in the paid videos section?

You have to download all regular messages, you can't do an individual download, as OnlyFans only gives direct links to purchases (specifically, PPV unlocks). So adjust your settings to exclude anything you don't want, but leave DownloadMessages enabled (and your choice of audio/video/images, of course). Then do a Custom scrape and select the appropriate creator, hit spacebar to select, and enter to start the scrape. The contents will be under <creatorname>/Messages/Free/.
