The problem is likely with your version of ffmpeg.exe. Be sure to use the ffmpeg.exe that was included with in the OF-DL .zip file rather than downloading it yourself.

If this still persists, re-extract ffmpeg.exe from the release ZIP again just in case. Since this is so old, closing, please open a new issue if you continue to experience this.
