For some reason, the command line window does not report any error, and the downloaded videos can be opened, but the pictures are completely wrong. FFMPEG has been correctly installed.

Use the ffmpeg.exe provided with the OF-DL download rather than from the FFmpeg website. Recent nightly builds from FFmpeg have broken decryption that results in videos like yours.
