OFDLV1.9.20 unable to download a single complete DRM video

When using the download single DRM video, the complete video content cannot be downloaded. The video file is partially downloaded and then displayed as downloaded without any errors, but the video content is incomplete. For example, a 40-minute video will only be 20 minutes after downloading.

The downloaded video is about 4G, but it completes the download every time when it reaches less than 1G
