Neither of "OF-DL" nor "OF-DRM" downloads the full video .

-The latest version of "OF-DL" keeps downloading and then suddenly freezes at 0% and no data is received or reaches 100% much faster than expected for a large video size, then when I go to check the downloaded video, it's only a small portion of the video
-"OF-DRM" continues to download and eventually throws "Exception caught: The file "-user-data-" could not be found.. even though the file named "-user-data" exists and contains two mp4 files of the same video !

so how to fix that ?
