Duplicate of #77 . Please stop making duplicate issues. They make it more difficult for both other users and the project maintainers.

As @melithine said on the linked issue #77 (comment), a solution can only be found with more information (a verbose log or a repeatable steps that can cause the problem). To date, you've created 5 issues in this repo for the same problem. I'm simply asking you to continue the discussion in a single issue (the linked open issue) to consolidate the information for others.
