I would like to mention that I noticed it does not downloading images named "upload" to the upload folder
exemple name image: 34329386--upload-372553-F7818FC9-342A-4FE8-BBCE-85A9171F1C0D.jpg
Even in previous versions, I noticed this flaw; I don't know why OFDL it ignores downloading it.

There is code that specifically ignores the word "upload", not sure why this exists but this will be the reason why you are facing this. I will look at removing those checks so that they are no longer skipped.
